Guidance for the Trinity Quest assessment
Information and familiarisation materials, so your child can show themselves at their best.

The Trinity Quest assessment is computer-based. It covers four subjects over 70 minutes:
Candidates also sit a separate 30-minute guided written paper on the same day, which asks for a personal written response to a set of prompts.
Sections are largely multiple choice and do not require typing or keyboard skills. The assessment adapts in difficulty based on your child's answers, except in English, where the difficulty is fixed.
If your child is successful in the entrance assessments, they will be invited to attend an interview with a member of Trinity teaching staff. The conversation will mostly focus on your child’s interests, both in and out of school. They will not need to prepare anything in advance.

This is a chance for your child to see how the assessment works, and build familiarity with how to answer questions.
